If you are an end user (eg. submitter, reviewer, delegate etc), please click [here](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/support?hsLang=en). NB: For further guidance on the set up of email templates, see [Amending template emails.](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/amending-template-emails?hsLang=en) After **[adding the reviewers](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/manage-users?hsLang=en)** and **[assigning them symposia](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/symposia-assigning-reviews?hsLang=en)**, you will need to notify them via the email. Go to **Event dashboard → Emails → Edit & Send → Symposium** Scroll down to the **Manually sent emails** section, under the **Symposium review** emails, click **Notify Symposium Reviewers** ![](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-May-26-2021-08-03-39-90-AM.jpeg?width=300&name=undefined-May-26-2021-08-03-39-90-AM.jpeg) Check the body of the message and make any changes you wish. Just click on the checkbox to confim those you wish to send, or click the top checkbox, to select all.
