NB: The guidance below is for conference attendees. If you are the administrator of an event please see [The conference platform.](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/knowledge/the-conference-platform?hsLang=en) If you experience any issues when logging in to program, and don't see what you would expect to see, watch the video below for guidance on how to remedy this. Enter your Oxford Abstracts account details, or sign in using Linkedin or Google. Click **Next.** (You can also skip this step if you want, but you will not be able to use the direct chat wthout setting up your name badge.) ![](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-07-2021-01-15-00-21-PM.jpeg?width=550&name=undefined-Jun-07-2021-01-15-00-21-PM.jpeg) Select your timezone using the dropdown and click **Next.** ![](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-07-2021-01-28-26-30-PM.jpeg?width=450&name=undefined-Jun-07-2021-01-28-26-30-PM.jpeg)   In the upper half of the next screen, you can add your name tag details. ![](https://help.oxfordabstracts.com/hubfs/undefined-Jun-07-2021-02-45-55-59-PM.jpeg)   You then have the option of adding further details to your name badge, including our academic interests (select from a list created by admin). Click **Next** when you're done.
