How do I add committee members to the software?

Can I make decisions as an administrator?
Yes - admins have full permissions to make decisions on submissions.
I would like reviewers to make recommendations on whether a submission be accepted or rejected. How do I do that?
You will need to add a dropdown question to the review form - see review question types.
I want to add another decision type - 'rework' - how do I do this?

I want committee members to be able to make decisions on specific categories. How do I do this?
